We are holding a construction meeting to obtain farm HACCP certification. We are currently creating hygiene management documents, establishing a system, and preparing verification plans. Although delays due to the effects of the coronavirus cannot be denied, we are aiming to obtain the certification as early as possible. Our company has established the following "Hygiene Management Policy", which is the basis of hygiene management.

We comply with hygiene management policies, laws, ordinances, and regulations regarding livestock hygiene and food hygiene, and strive to meet the needs of our customers.
We strive to improve knowledge about food safety to ensure the safety of beef. To this end, we hold food safety training sessions and external and internal communication activities.
We will ensure that all employees are fully aware of our hygiene management policy. In addition, we set goals for improving feeding hygiene management every year, operate a hygiene management system, verify performance, and make improvements to the system.
We will publish our hygiene management policy and other information on our website so that it can be understood by our customers as well as our related business partners.
